2. About HeartPoint Charities

HeartPoint Charities is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing low-barrier supportive housing and wraparound services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Washington State. Our mission is to help our neighbors move from crisis to stability through compassionate, individualized support.

4. Donations

All donations to HeartPoint Charities are final and non-refundable unless required by law. As a 501(c)(3) organization, your donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will provide receipts for all donations for your tax records.

Donation Terms

• Donations are voluntary and used to support our charitable mission
• We reserve the right to use donations where they are most needed
• Designated donations will be used for the specified purpose when possible
• Credit card processing fees may be deducted from donation amounts
• Monthly recurring donations can be canceled at any time by contacting us

5. Volunteer and Employment Applications

Submitting a volunteer or employment application does not guarantee acceptance or create an employment relationship. All applications are reviewed, and selections are made based on organizational needs, qualifications, and fit with our mission and values.

Background Checks

HeartPoint Charities may conduct background checks on volunteers and employees as part of our commitment to client safety and organizational integrity.

6. Service Eligibility and Referrals

Services provided by HeartPoint Charities are subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and funding. Submitting a referral does not guarantee service provision. We will conduct assessments and work with individuals to determine appropriate services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HeartPoint Charities or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limited License
